30years

Our Mandate

(Jeremiah 1:1 NKJV)  The words of Jeremiah the son of Hilkiah, of the priests who were in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin,
(Jeremiah 1:2 NKJV)  to whom the word of the Lord came in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign.
(Jeremiah 1:3 NKJV)  It came also in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah, until the end of the eleventh year of Zedekiah the son of Josiah, king of Judah, until the carrying away of Jerusalem captive in the fifth month.
(Jeremiah 1:4 NKJV)  Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
(Jeremiah 1:5 NKJV)  "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations."
(Jeremiah 1:6 NKJV)  Then said I: "Ah, Lord God! Behold, I cannot speak, for I am a youth."
(Jeremiah 1:7 NKJV)  But the Lord said to me: "Do not say, 'I am a youth,' For you shall go to all to whom I send you, And whatever I command you, you shall speak.
(Jeremiah 1:8 NKJV)  Do not be afraid of their faces, For I am with you to deliver you," says the Lord.
(Jeremiah 1:9 NKJV)  Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me: "Behold, I have put My words in your mouth.
(Jeremiah 1:10 NKJV)  See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, To root out and to pull down, To destroy and to throw down, To build and to plant."

The Beliefs That We Hold

Authority of Scripture:

We believe and recognize the sixty-six books of the Bible as the sum total of God's written Word, inspired in its entirety, without error in its autographs. Being wholly truthful in all that they affirm as the final authority in all matters of faith and practice and the basis of all we teach and do.

Excellence of Ministry:

As a people chosen to reflect our Father in Heaven, we seek excellence in every endeavor. Excellence being an attitude and a commitment to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all that we do.

Holy Spirit Led:

The Holy Spirit guides, instructs and enables us to walk with God and to minister to others. The filling of the Holy Spirit is realized by submissive obedience to Scripture, not quenching of grieving the Holy Spirit's influence and living in absolute obedience to Him.

Importance of the Local Church:

We believe in the importance of the local church, as God's purpose in taking the Gospel to the world, by making disciples in every nation. Because of the many irregularities within ministry and layman circles, we desire to partner with and resource both parties in the building of Godly Believer-priests.

Integrity:

Integrity is consistency of belief and behavior. It means keeping your word and telling the truth ... always. When we fail, to quickly repent, admit our error and make amends. Integrity is a reflection of Godly character and is foundational for Biblical leadership.

Love God & Others:

Jesus said that there is no greater commandment than to love God with all our heart, soul and mind. But we are also to love our neighbor as ourselves. The love of God cannot separate from loving others.

Prayer:

Prayer is both a Divine privilege and a responsibility. It is a tangible expression of our love for the Lord and a visible means of our relationship with Him.

Servant hood:

Our Lord defined leadership with one word – servant hood. Throughout His life and death, it was an example that He followed with truth of heart. Paul likewise instructs us to, "serve one another". We therefore, desire to be a people and a leadership, who place the needs of other people before our own.

Stewardship:

We firmly believe that we are not to possess "ownership" of our lives and goods, but "stewardship". Because all that we have is not our own, but God's. Being then accountable to Him for how we manage and invest all that He has entrusted to us. Working towards being faithful and wise stewards of His message, people, finances and materials goods.

Value of People:

People are the most valuable and important resource that God has entrusted to us. Therefore we prayerfully seek to help each person to employ his/her abilities in the Kingdom of God.
